HMT Limited, a major engineering conglomerate with units spread across the country
manufacturing various Engineering products looking for qualified and experienced
professionals for various requirements purely on Fixed Term Appointment basis (FTA) for its Auxiliary Business Division, Bengaluru, on immediate absorption in order to complete various assignments.
The requirements are purely temporary in nature and offered on fixed tenure basis for a period of Two (2) Years which may be extended for maximum period of two (2) years on yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance of the individual. The details of

Two years full-time Post graduate Degree/Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing from recognized University/ College/ Institute with good academic record.
Candidates should have minimum 60% marks (aggregate marks of all semesters/ years of Degree course) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST candidates. Proficiency of Computer Skills is essential.
Graduation in Engineering in any discipline will be preferred.
PostQualification Experience – Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
Job Description
➢ Should be capable to handle complete marketing and sales of watches through E commerce and retail marketing, visiting vendors, industries/ universities/ colleges /schools/institutions organising sales camp at various institutions / government
organizations etc.
➢ To implement company marketing strategies to build strong marketing channels in II & III tier cities for HMT products.
➢ To organize marketing activities to raise brand awareness.
➢ To conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth of sales by appointment of new distributors/retailers in various regions and to handle customers complaints etc.
➢ Should collaborate with marketing and product marketing team to support company website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets), build and manage the Company’s social media profiles and presence including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and
additional channels that may be deemed relevant to increase visibility of products through all channels including social media.
