IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
1. Candidates selected to the post of “Assistant Engineer” & “Junior Engineer” will be given Initial training of 52 weeks as “Graduate Engineer Trainee’s” & “Diploma Engineer Trainee’s” respectively. During the training period the “Graduate Engineer Trainee’s” will be paid
Honorarium of Rs. 22,000/- per month and “Diploma Engineer Trainee’s” will be paid Rs. 18,000/- per month. After training, for the first 03 years selected candidate has to work compulsorily at Mahagenco’s any thermal power plant. The selected candidate must serve Bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- for not to leave the Company before completion of 5 years of service.
2. The seniority for the post of “Assistant Engineer” & “Junior Engineer” will be based on sum of Online Score in the above exam converted in 75% plus marks obtained after Initial training program by the candidate converted in 25%. The same will be consolidated and the seniority will be fixed by the O/o Chief Engineer (Technical), MSPGCL.
