Educational Qualification
Executive Director-Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science with a PG Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology.
- Minimum 32 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing/engineering industries, preferably in pulp and paper industries.
- Worked as head of operations for a minimum period of 3 years in a large sized Pulp & Paper industry.
General Manager-Finance
- CA or CMA qualification with 29 years of post-qualification experience.
Management Trainee-HR
- Full-time Engineering/Arts/Science degree and a 1st Class Master’s degree in HR-related fields such as MA (Social Work), MSW, or MBA (HR).
- Freshers are eligible.
Management Trainee-Plantation
- Full-time B.Sc. in Agriculture, Forestry, or Horticulture with specific marks criteria for different communities. or
- Full-time M.Sc. in Botany with specific marks criteria for different communities.
- Freshers are eligible.
Age Limits
- Executive Director – Operations: Maximum 57 years.
- General Manager – Finance:
- For General: 49–55 years.
- For Reserved: Up to 57 years.
- Management Trainee – HR and Plantation: Maximum 27 years for General; Relaxations available for reserved categories.
TNPL Salary Details
- Executive Director – Operations: ₹1,30,000–₹2,72,350/month.
- General Manager – Finance: ₹1,02,500–₹2,14,790/month.
- Management Trainee (HR/Plantation):
- 1st year: ₹33,500/month.
- 2nd year: ₹37,800/month.
